Improving the Lives of LGBT Older Adults

The Center for American Progress has issued a new report on older LGBT Americans called Improving the Lives of LGBT Older Adults.  The reports is a joint project of CAP, Services and Advocacy for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender Elders (SAGE), the Movement Advancement Project, the American Society on Aging, and the National Senior Citizens Law Center.

And, the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force has released Outing Age: Public Policy Issues Affecting LGBT Elders.  In addition, LGBT Older Adults in Long-Term Care Facilities, a jointly authored report, is also  along with video stories from some of the respondents online at http://www.lgbtlongtermcare.org
